We organized a cultural event at Moltivolti - palermo, wherewe brought together members of the community to share stories, raise awareness and display Afghan culture. the event focused on the situation of women in Afghanistan, and included a powerfull live connection with speakers who shared their experiences directly from the ground.

On 17 september 2025, Hope in action org hosted a powerful online conference on gener aparthied in Afghanistan, bringing together coureagous voices and vital prespectives. we were honored to wwelcome our distinguished speakers.

Who shared thier insights on realities facing Afghan women and girls todaay under the Taliban control in Afghanistan and as well as the international communities responses and ongoing struggle for  rights and dignity inside Afghanistan.

On 21 September 2025, Hope in Action held an impactful online conference, “Afghan Women, Peace & Security”, to mark International Peace Day. Moderated by Sonia Belmihoub (HR Manager, Hope in Action) and Anzhelika Semenchuk (Communication Officer, Hope in Action), the event brought together leading voices on gender justice and peacebuilding.

 Discussed the urgent security challenges Afghan women face under the current regime, including restrictions on education, work, movement, and participation in peace processes.

The conference amplified the voices of Afghan women and highlighted pathways for global solidarity and advocacy to protect their rights and security.
